North and back

Jeremiah was a great traveler, once again. Given the circumstances of our week he was very well-behaved. He was a little loud in church, but did OK. I'm not sure he will remember any of this week or if he understands anything that has happened but we've been trying to talk about it in terms he might start to understand.

His cousins had fun showcasing his little tricks and he got to spend a little time with Grandma Todd. That gave us a break for a bit. He also helped do chores at Papa's farm! He's becoming much more comfortable with the cows and enjoyed seeing the lambs jump around.

In the midst of all the other week events, he had another big milestone. He used his potty chair! He has graced us with both #1 and #2 in the potty. We aren't pushing it, but trying to have him sit on the potty when he wakes up and before bath or bed.

  • HOLY COW--good for him on the potty training. Carter still seems to be a long way from it (only done #2 two times ever in the potty and currently refusing to go at daycare). Oh, the joys of parenting a strong-willed child whose life has just been turned upside-down by a move!
