Andrew's fun summer

Andrew experienced a few firsts this summer. It was his first year playing t-ball. Daddy and Coach Andy coached his gold team. It was also his first summer at Kids Club, the big kid version of daycare. (He went across the street to a different building.) They went on several field trips, including fishing, movies, splash parks, and playgrounds.

He moved on to level 2 at swim lessons and has started going underwater. He also had an exciting time at bible school and enjoyed a trip to Brookfield Zoo. He entertained many while we were at the lake cabin for the 4th of July. Andrew has a habit of napping on the boat and the 4th of July fireworks were no exception. We returned to enjoy some time at the Fisher Fair, where he rode rides with a few of his friends.

He wrapped up his summer away from home. Somehow he managed to find his way to the showring at the Elizabeth fair. Then, he spent a week with Grandma Schnitzler, including a few days with Aunt Sheila. He helped with cow chores and Grandma's garden. After landing at home for a few days, he went to Grandma and Grandpa Todd's lake house for a week. He went tubing and swimming and played with cousin Kinsley. He made a few special memories swimming at Grandma's cousin's rental cabin.

The summer flew for Andrew and he'll be off to Kindergarten in just a few days.
