Mixing up clothes
The baby is growing, growing. One of the e-mails we get explains that it is the size of a large cucumber this week. That's a strange analogy in my opinion but whatever works. My last appointment was a whirlwind, lasting a short enough time that I didn't have to pay for parking - in the parking garage, through my appointment and back out the parking garage in 30 minutes.
We're all signed up for our childbirth education classes and also signed up for the baby CPR. We're debating on the newborn care class but John mentioned that perhaps that is the most important one we should be thinking about.
The funny for this week is a clothes mix-up. I have a great pair of gray maternity sport shorts that a friend gave me. John graciously folded laundry last night and I put it away, not paying much attention. This morning he pulled a pair of shorts from his underwear drawer and asked me perplexed if they were his after he had one leg in. Nope, my clothes are just getting that big! We both giggled, as he explained that he wondered where the "hole" was. It was a good chuckle for both of us.
