Hitting the slopes

Jeremiah, Andrew, Levi and Mommy made a trek to Northern Illinois a few weeks ago to play in the snow! Jeremiah and Mommy headed out to Chestnut Mountain for Jeremiah's second skiing experience. This was the first time Mommy got to join in the fun!

Jeremiah did great handling himself on the skis, so we decided to skip a lesson. He even joined Mommy going down Old Main a few times. Aunt Carrie also joined us with her snowboard.

That evening, Aunt Leisa, Karl and Grandpa S. joined us for a trip to Happy Joe's in Galena. Unfortunately, Levi got sick while we were there. Grandpa took it in stride when Levi got sick all over him.

Jeremiah and Andrew joined Papa for church and then we headed out to make the trip home.
