Christmas - Part 2

With visitors coming from Costa Rica, New Years was the perfect timing for Christmas celebrations with the Schnitzler side of the family! Carolina, who stayed with Maama, Papa and Mommy, brought her husband and two sons back to visit Illinois and the farm. Jeremiah and Andrew had fun with more boys around. Julian was particularly fond of picking up Levi, which he did NOT enjoy!

Speaking of the farm, Andrew has continued to be quite the go-getter when it comes to helping Papa with chores. He is filling buckets before Papa even tells him what he needs!

We had hoped for snow for sledding and other outdoor fun, but instead we had nearly 40 degrees! We settled for lots of games, wii, ping-pong and being rowdy! After a special dinner, we opened gifts, had more fun with games, and rang in the New Year! Andrew received new sheets and comforter for his bed. Jeremiah is looking forward to using a new bow and arrow when it warms up. They both received new boots, as well. Levi got a new bathroom stool, a plane toy, and a mooing flashlight, which came from his godfather Kyle.

In addition to Levi's dipping addiction (any food that can be dipped and any type of dip), he now knows how to eat Redi-whip from the can. Thanks to Aunt Sandra.

New Year's Day brought more games, parade and football watching and just enjoying family!
