Zoo trip - check!

A trip to the zoo was one of a few things we wanted to be sure to do this summer. We made a mid-week trip to the Brookfield Zoo near Chicago earlier this week. Grandma and Grandpa Todd met us there. We had beautiful weather and spent nearly 8 hours at the zoo. Because of the mild weather, the animals were quite active. Levi was very well behaved in his stroller.

Some of the highlights of our day were the dolphin show, the big cats, petting sting rays, and the carousel.

We did learn that Levi might not be a fan of carnival rides. The carousel seemed to terrify him!
