4th Fun

We spent the 4th of July weekend with the Schnitzler side of the family. We were recruited to help assemble Great Uncle Gary and Aunt Mary's pool. Jeremiah and Andrew played with some of the other kids around for the project. That evening, we ate some yummy Manny's and the boys played with their cousins. Jeremiah has taken a particular liking to playing Angry Birds on uncle Roger's Ipad.

Sunday brought a day full of summer fun, including a picnic at the park to celebrate Karl, Dylan and Aunt Sheila's birthday. Then, the cousins, some aunts and G&G Schnitzler went to the city pool. Andrew was not thrilled about this activity but was coaxed in to the water using some balls that Aunt Sheila had.

After a VERY quick nap in the car, the boys and mom enjoyed the parade in Hanover with other cousins and Grandma and Grandpa. Jeremiah wore ear protection making it a more pleasant experience for him, but he was somewhat bothered (tears shed) about some candy being run over by a truck.

We capped off a GREAT day with some kids games, fun food and fireworks with family! Both boys did great - Andrew snuggled in and Jeremiah even seemed to like the fireworks wearing his ear covers, compliments of the Alexanders!
