Snow Fun!

A hefty, late January snow and warm temperatures provided an ideal setting for some Sunday snow fun! Church was canceled so we headed out as a family to play and sled. 

This was Levi's first time all bundled up to play in the snow. He wasn't sure what to do walking in it, but was quick to want to sled down the small hill in our neighborhood. 

We headed back out this Saturday (one week later) for another round of sledding. This time, Levi was brave enough to sled down by himself! We will need a third sled next year, as he wasn't too thrilled with giving it up to his brothers. 

The warm temperatures made perfect packing snow so the older boys built a snowman. Unfortunately, he didn't last too long when the temperatures continued to rise. This was Bob. A few snowballs were flung. They also played with their snow markers, a regular part of their snow play recently.
