Overdue update

Because we got busy with some other things and our computer has been giving us fits, we've been a bit slow on passing along updates on Jeremiah. However, we hope to bring you all up to speed. Hopefully we can make a bit more regular updates now.

It's hard to believe but Jeremiah turned one month old on Friday, which meant that he went to his one month doctor appointment on Thursday. He weighed 10 lbs. 10 oz. and is 21 inches long. We've noticed some of his clothes getting a little snug and we're hoping to get a few more diapers on him before we have to move to the next size.

Jeremiah was pointed out during church service again last Sunday. The gospel was taken from the book of Jeremiah, so Pastor Donna made sure to mention that she picked it partially in his honor. I already fear that he is going to have so many people in the congregation wrapped around his finger.

We've gone on a few other outings. He and I had a day out last week for Christmas shopping and on another day we went to my office and the doctor. On Saturday we took him to his first cattle sale. Although it was a little early to start buying for his herd, we helped cousin Kelley pick out a beautiful heifer. Of course, this gave us a chance to show off to all the Charolais friends too!

On Friday, Dec. 1, our friend Heather and her family came over for pizza and took pictures of Jeremiah. She took over 100 pictures and got some great shots. Watch your mailboxes for some copies of your own in the Todd Christmas card. Here is one of the shots she took.
