Two months old

We've done some visiting since our last post. On Thursday, we made a trip to Daddy's office before Mommy has to go back to work. The ladies in John's office were eager to see Jeremiah again. After some snuggling with his coworkers, the three of us went for lunch.

On Friday, Jeremiah and I went to Bloomington to visit my aunt and uncle and see Jeremiah's second cousins from Hawaii. La and Pono are the sons of Marla's cousin Paul. Here's a picture of the two of them. It was kind of embarasing that Jeremiah weighs more than Pono, who was born in August.

Today was a BIG day! Jeremiah had his first round of immunization shots. John joined us at this appointment and was the brave one who held Jeremiah's legs and arms. I just watched and cringed but didn't cry. Jeremiah only cried for a few minutes and the nurse commented that he did the best she had ever seen with the oral rotavirus vaccine. Oh yeah, he turned 2 months today too so I took the obligatory picture with the sign that says he is 2 months old.

Tomorrow's my last day of maternity leave and I can't believe how fast it has gone. I miss him already...and we still have a day to spend.
