So close!!!
Jeremiah has made it official that he is rolling from his tummy to his back. John and I have both witnessed it - two times within a five minute period - so there is not denying. He is also really close to going from back to belly. He is teasing us, but can't quite get his little arm out of the way. Frankly, I think he just really enjoys watching us come running when one person yells "come here!" only for him not to go all the way over. We don't want to miss watching him do it.
He has managed to "sleep through the night" all week. I put that in quotes because he does wake up but usually just to have his pacifier reinserted. We haven't had to feed him a middle of the night snack since last Friday.
I recently saw this entry on a board that I frequent and it made me chuckle because anyone who has lived with either of us knows how much we hit the snooze button. I don't think we've been this bad yet.
For some reason, DD decided she didn't want to sleep much last night. She woke up almost hourly starting around 2 a.m. At some point in my sleep-deprived night, I'd hear her cry through the monitor and I was trying to snooze it! I remember thinking, "now, how do you make this thing stop?" I actually turned it off and turned it back on and was baffled as to why there was still noise coming out of it. Then, I remembered, oh, I have to go in there to make her stop...it's not my alarm!
