Summer Fun

We had a weekend full of summer fun! On Friday, Jeremiah enjoyed trying out John's father's day gift, a new hammock stand. He also has a new past time, practicing his casting. He'll be all set to go to the lake in a few weeks. Actually, he's better than Mom at casting his fishing line. Here's of picture of him in action.

We also enjoyed a trip to the local pool on Sunday. This was Andrew's first time in a pool. He wasn't really that enthused about the experience, but we think he might have been tired. He did like his floater more than just sitting in the water. He crashed soon after getting out of the water. This was a good excuse for Mommy to sit in a lounge chair. We failed to take the camera with us to capture his first time in a pool on film. He did have quite a few admirers of him in his monkey towel.
