The little showman

After becoming acquianted with the show cattle while visiting Grandma & Grandpa S. in June, Jeremiah expressed an interest in showing. He made his debut with "Pollen" the bull calf at the Elizabeth Fair. Cousin Kelley helped him show in the bull calf class, where he earned a blue ribbon (only one in the class). Then, he returned for the cow calf class with one of Kelley's friends.

Jeremiah will gleefully inform those that inquire that Pollen got a blue ribbon and was a champion (meaning he went back for the champion class). However, he had a hard time understanding why more animals were going in the ring after he already won first place. We'll have to work on understanding the concept of different classes.
