Happy Valentine's Day

The boys helped make berry trifles tonight for a special Valentine's Day dessert. Their construction was well received by all the diners at our house! I think Jeremiah may have inhaled his!

Jeremiah's first ski

Jeremiah made his debut on a ski slope last weekend. Mommy's cousin Dustin agreed to give Jeremiah a private lesson. Much of their first hour together was spent teaching Jeremiah how to get up after falling down. However, after a quick drink/snack break, Dustin said that Jeremiah "found his legs". They spent another couple of hours together and before his time on the slopes was over, Jeremiah made one run down the long slope at Chestnut Mountain, Old Main. After nearly 5 hours on the slopes (with a few breaks), Jeremiah was asking when he could come back. Mommy said probably next year. Jeremiah suggested the next day!

The first video is from the first hour and the second one is one of their last runs down the hill. Dustin is in the orange jacket and Jeremiah is the kid near/with him.

Baby belly shot

Here is a little glance at home baby boy #3 is growing. This is a 23 week belly shot.

January recap

January brought some house projects and some much-needed weekends and evenings at home. However, we still had some fun highlights! Andrew started tumbling classes. He has learned quickly and after only four 30-minute sessions can do a front roll. At some point we will get pictures of this, but for now my attempts have been blurry because he is busy jumping and moving!
Jeremiah celebrated his 100th day of school. He took 100 pieces cereal to school, did a variety of other 100- related activities and made a wacky 100 hat.

Over the long MLK weekend, we ventured out for indoor glow-in-the-dark mini golf. The boys did great and we appreciated the opportunity to do an activity that typically is reserved for summer.
