Levi's baptism

We welcome friends and family to celebrate Levi's baptism with us this past weekend. He looked dapper in his baptism outfit. Jeremiah said he looked like he was going to a wedding! He slept through the first part of church and didn't cry at all when Pastor Tom baptized him.

Aunt Ann Karkowski, cousin Kyle Hubb and our dear friends Claire and Jeremy Keyes are his sponsors. We know each of them will be a blessing in his life.

After church and a pile of family pictures, we welcomed everyone back to our house for lunch, many baby cuddles and enjoying being together. A few small people made their way towards the pool. We also celebrated the special dads that were with us, because it was also fathers day.

Levi's first month

As the youngest in the family, there wasn't much time for grass to grow under Levi in his first month. At just 11 days old he made his first road trip to the north. He traveled great on the way to cousin Dylan's 8th grade graduation party and then on to G&G Schnitzler's house. He got quite a few special snuggles and met many family members for the first time.

He also made the trip to attend cousin Laura's high school graduation. Laura is from Switzerland and has been living with Aunt Karen, and cousins Kelley and Devin this year. She thinks Levi is pretty sweet.

His first month also included being carted to soccer games, baseball games, and swim lessons for his brothers.

And here are a few special one-month pictures.
